summer time and the livin's easy

Winter was amazing and summer is proving to be just as great up here in the lovely Sierra Nevada's. The mountain just closed down due to lack of ticket sales (we still have a ton of snow up there), nonetheless, it was a good long season. Now that the school semester has ended for me the days are filled with fishing, hiking, skating, and trips to the lake. (And some work too...but that's not as fun =D ) Soon steven will be out of school too so we'll be able to take trips to Yosemite and L.A. He's also becoming manager of the local pizza shop at age seventeen. It's pretty funny actually he gets to interview his friends for jobs. Anyway, all is well. I miss you all!

Spring season

The weather is so nice up here. I love spring season because you can snowboard/ski all day and then come home and go to the pool or hot springs.  

And some big news...Steven went to nationals again this year (held in Colorado) and placed First in the half-pipe competition and Third in slope-style! He's so excited and so are we. Now, he's working on some film and photos to get demo's together for more sponsors. As soon as we get some footage i will post it.  Until then, here are some photos:

Just getting started

Well, i figured i would jump on the blogging bandwagon. It's always nice to keep in touch.  Happy Easter everyone!
